Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace interior projects, from initial concept through to construction, ensuring design integrity and quality. • Develop innovative, functional, and scalable interior solutions aligned with client needs and project objectives. • Collaborate seamlessly with clients, consultants, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution and high standards of design. • Oversee technical delivery, utilise Revit to produce precise documentation, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams. • Drive sustainable interior design practices, integrating eco-conscious materials and methods into project strategies. • Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that encourages professional growth and knowledge sharing. • Represent the studio at client meetings and industry events, enhancing its reputation and expanding project opportunities. Skills & Experience • Proven experience managing complex workplace interior projects within a reputable design studio, with a strong portfolio demonstrating commercial and office environments. • Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a solid understanding of technical detailing and construction documentation. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire clients and project teams. • Strong design aesthetic, with a passion for creating innovative and functional interiors. • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplines. • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a creative, high-performing team.
