Senior Revit Technician - Leading Architecture Practice

They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revit Technician to support the design and documentation of complex large-scale multi-residential and mixed-use developments , working closely with architects and project teams to transform design concepts into coordinated, high-quality documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of architecture and wants to play a key role in delivering technically complex, large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities • Produce accurate, coordinated Revit models and construction documentation. • Translate design concepts and sketches into detailed BIM models. • Support project teams throughout design development and documentation phases. • Prepare high-quality documentation and detailing for complex architectural projects. • Coordinate with architects, consultants and the wider project team to ensure seamless project delivery. • Maintain exceptional documentation standards across multiple project stages. Skills & Experience • Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related discipline. • Proven experience working on large-scale multi-residential projects , with exposure to mixed-use, build-to-rent, high-rise residential or other complex developments highly regarded. • Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong technical documentation skills. • Demonstrated experience producing comprehensive drawing packages within a collaborative architectural practice. • Excellent understanding of construction detailing and Australian documentation standards. • Strong communication skills with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
