Intermediate and Architectural Designers – Contract Role

An internationally recognized design firm is looking to hire talented Designers on Contract, for its New York office, focusing on the production stages of projects. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent. Key responsibilities: • Contribute to design and visualization under the supervision of senior staff and partners on local and internationally recognized projects • Create, modify, and update detailed 2D and 3D Rhino models and drawings based on project specifications and requirements. • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and alignment of project designs. • Maintain drawing standards and organization within project files. Skills and Experience: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field • 3-7 years' professional experience. • Skilled in concept design and programming for commercial and mixed use projects. • Time management skills and ability to work on several projects concurrently. • Proficiency in Revit including full construction drawing sets. • Experience in Rhino, V-ray, Grasshopper are a big plus.
