Key Responsibilities • Lead the technical delivery of high-end hotel projects, ensuring precise and detailed construction documentation using Revit and AutoCAD. • Collaborate closely with Architects and Design teams to develop accurate technical packages, specifying materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with creative direction. • Coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary drawings, ensuring seamless integration of M&E, structural, and interior specifications to deliver cohesive project packages. • Facilitate Value Engineering workshops, balancing cost efficiency with design integrity while maintaining quality standards. • Review tender packs and technical drawings in detail, highlighting potential risks and ensuring compliance with LOD 300 standards. • Act as the main technical interface with contractors and clients on-site, managing progress, snagging, and post-installation follow-up to deliver a flawless project outcome. • Manage project documentation, including drawing registers and progress reports, to support internal teams and external stakeholders. Skills & Experience • Proficiency in Revit is essential, with experience working to LOD 300 standards preferred. • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed drawing production. • Extensive experience supporting high-end hotel and hospitality developments within a fast-paced project environment. • Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a demonstrable ability to liaise effectively across design, technical, and construction teams. • Proven ability to manage multiple project phases from technical design to post-delivery snagging. • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and technical review.
