Senior Interior Designer- Mixed-Use, Multi-res, Hotels

Exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join a thriving, multi-disciplinary design firm in Sydney. This international, award-winning practice are renowned for their excellent reputation with an impressive portfolio of projects across multi-residential, cultural, commercial, aged care and hotel typologies. You will be a highly-capable all rounder that can work both independently and collaboratively, providing support, mentorship and coordination to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Assist and oversee the development of detailed documentation packages. • Work confidently in a client facing capacity. • Mentor and support the wider design team from concept stages all the way through to delivery. • Maintain budget expectations and ensure high-quality project delivery. • Work on a range of high-end hotel, workplace, residential and commercial projects • Assist team with joinery details and material selections Skills and Experience • Relevant tertiary qualifications • Working at a level equivalent to 8+ years’ experience ideally within relevant sectors such as residential, hospitality or commercial • Strong design skills as shown in beautifully presented portfolio • A sense of creativity and keen eye for detail • Aptitude for detailing and documentation • Client facing experience in coordination, communication and presentation • A genuine passion and curiosity for Interior Design • Revit proficiency essential Benefits and Culture • High performance culture with strong mentoring • Opportunity to be apart of a global, design-led practice in key growth stages • Flexible and remote working options • Secure pipeline of projects • Fun and social team
