Key Responsibilities • Lead the technical and conceptual development of sophisticated data centre projects, ensuring excellence in design and execution. • Take full ownership of project phases, guiding teams from initial concept through to delivery with confidence and clarity. • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions. • Mentor junior team members and documenters, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages learning and skill-building. • Utilise your Revit expertise to produce precise, detailed drawings and documentation aligned with project goals and standards. • Engage actively in design reviews and client presentations, promoting ideas that push boundaries and add value. Skills & Experience • Experience on data centre or similar infrastructure projects, with strong technical skills and industry knowledge. • Proficiency in Revit, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing complex design and detailed documentation. • Solid understanding of Australian standards, regulations, and sustainability principles relevant to infrastructure design. • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and fostering collaborative relationships. • A proactive approach with a passion for innovative, resilient design solutions and full project ownership. • Architectural registration in Australia is preferred but not essential, provided your experience and portfolio are aligned.
