Intermediate Designer - Multi-Family + Community Focused Architecture

A Manhattan based and award-winning firm with a focus on multi-family residential design, sustainable urban revitalization, civic and educational projects is seeking a talented Designers with 5-7 years of experience to join their team. Key responsibilities: • Support the Project Manager of project workflows, documentation and submittals. • Support Project Manager with construction administration responsibilities. • Coordinate with a variety of consultants during all phases. • Manage multiple projects at different levels of progress. • Maintain schedules, lead on-site construction meetings, prepare reports and update project managers during all design phases of a project. Skills and experience: • Professional degree in Architecture. • A minimum of 5 years of experience including design coordination, construction documents, consultant coordination and construction administration. • Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills. • Architecture License preferred (or working towards getting it) • Strong proficiency in Revit • Knowledge of NYC zoning and codes is required.
