Experienced Graduate/Architect for Class 2 Housing projects

An award winning national design practice is seeking an experienced Architecture Graduate or Architect to join their talented Sydney team. They have a strong pipeline of work including multi-residential, seniors living and mixed-use. You will have proven Class 2 project experience with the ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with clients, consultants and the design team. Key responsibilities • Work on all project stages from sketch design, development through to construction documentation • Consultant liaison and co-ordination • Revit modelling, documentation, detailing and coordination • Working closely to support the Lead Architect • Contribute to project design and consultant workshops • Ability to meet project commitments and multi-task Skills and Experience • Recognised tertiary qualifications in Architecture • Operating at a level equivalent to 4-8 years of post-grad local professional experience • A portfolio demonstrating professional experience - recent experience on multi-residential, mixed-use and seniors living projects highly desirable • Exceptional Revit documentation skills gained from professional practice • Working knowledge of the BCA, ADG, and local authority regulations • High level of communication skills both written and verbal • Team player willing to adapt to change and work well under pressure • Ability to multi-task and work effectively both individually and in a team environment • A high level of technical construction knowledge with attention to detail • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Enscape desired Benefits and culture • Supportive office culture • Genuine career growth opportunities • Fantastic city fringe location • Good work/life balance
