Project Architect at Global Design Firm

With offices on both the west and east coast, this internationally recognized practice is known for completing widely-acclaimed projects which serve the arts, communities, and environment. They are currently looking for a Senior Architect with a CA License to join their Los Angeles studio. Position Responsibilities • Produce impeccable technical documentation that complies with design intent as well as all project and code requirements. • Manage internal project teams of varying sizes and coordinate with external consultant teams. • Report to the Principal-in-Charge and the Project Manager • Mentor and manage new staff. Key Skills & Experience • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch). • 8-12 years of experience working in a design office. • Research-oriented, exploratory thinking, and academic approach to design. • Experience working on international competitions would be a plus. • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). • Ability to work in a design intensive, collaborative environment.
