Senior Landscape Architect - High-end Residential Horticulture Specialist

One of Australia's most highly regarded Landscape studios are seeking a horticulture and planting design focused Landscape Architect/ designer to join their team. You must be a true expert in planting design & Australian horticulture, with a passion for high-end residential design. In this role you will have the opportunity to work from initial client briefing, with the full scope of Landscape design through to construction completion. The right person must have a passion for excellence and be a strong communicator who is comfortable working closely with high-end clients. Key Responsibilities • Planting design & officewide horticulture mentorship • Design and deliver exceptional, top-end residential gardens • Interpret briefs and develop innovative design response • Work both independently and within a supportive team • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Regularly visit site and coordinate with contractors Skills and Experience • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture • Ideally 5+ years in residential design • Expert Australian horticulture & planting design knowledge • Proficiency using CAD software, ideally Vectorworks • Strong understanding of construction and detailed documentation • Maturity and confidence to liaise with clients and suppliers • Positive, pro-active attitude Benefits and culture • Award-winning landscape design and build • High-profile projects and clients • Internal growth and mentorship • Travel encouraged
