Senior Urban Planner

This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Planner or dually-skilled Planner/Designer who prefers a highly collaborative, front-end project environment. This practice focuses on working closely with councils and stakeholders from day one toward shared goals. You’ll be working across all scales and typologies, from greenfield masterplans to major, city-shaping infrastructure. Including a landmark "new city" precinct in Greater Sydney. Key Responsibilities: • Lead planning and urban design proposals across large-scale greenfield developments and strategic infill sites. • Foster collaborative, solution-focused relationships with local councils and project teams. • Navigate projects comfortably across all scales and densities, from low-density housing estates to high-density towers. • Maintain relationships with a deeply established network of repeat developer clients. Skills & Experience: • 6+ years of professional planning experience within the NSW framework, with a solid grasp of strategic or masterplanned development. • A strong background in Urban Planning is essential, but additional skills or a qualification in Urban Design will be highly regarded. • A pragmatic, professional operator who values a grounded work culture and straightforward, transparent communication.
