Key Responsibilities • Take charge of building a strong, consistent Revit environment that elevates the quality of every project. • Assist the team transitioning from ArchiCAD to Revit. • Provide hands-on Revit training and support, helping the team develop confidence and expertise. • Create smart Revit families and workflows that meet Australian Standards. • Keep models healthy and accurate through regular audits, promoting best practices for quality and efficiency. • Work closely with leadership to develop and implement BIM strategies that streamline workflows and improve project outcomes. • Support and oversee IT systems supporting Revit, maintaining smooth and reliable performance. Skills and Experience • Proven leadership in BIM adoption. • Deep expertise in Revit, across all project phases. • Operating at a level similar to 10+ years' experience in related roles. • Strong understanding of Australian Standards (AS 1100, NATSPEC) and experience embedding them into Revit workflows. • Clear and approachable communication skills to explain complex concepts simply. • Experience supporting or managing BIM teams in a practice setting, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure to ensure Revit runs smoothly and models stay in top shape.
