Grads, Architects, Associates for Class 2 Housing projects - ArchiCAD or Revit

A well-established Sydney architecture practice is expanding its team and is looking to appoint talented architects across a range of levels. With a strong pipeline of multi-residential projects, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative studio delivering high-quality work from concept through to construction. We're particularly interested in candidates with local Australian experience in multi-residential projects. ArchiCAD experience is highly regarded, although experienced Revit users will also be considered for senior construction-focused roles. Key Responsibilities, Skills & Experience • Deliver Multi-Residential projects following initial concept to construction • Build strong rapport with clients/consultants and team members • Contribute to innovative designs and ensure the delivery of high-quality details • Coordination with Client, Consultants, and Suppliers, integrating feedback in design • Provide regular project updates and proactively identify risks, ensuring seamless execution • Relevant architectural qualifications and working rights • Proven local experience working on Class 2 / Multi-Residential projects • Strong understanding of the ADG and local codes to ensure compliance • Excellent communication skills Associate: • Operating at a level similar to 10+ years' experience • Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently • Experience leading and mentoring teams of 4-5 people • Strong stakeholder management skills • ArchiCAD preferred, Revit also considered Project Leaders (Construction): • Operating at a level similar to 6+ years' experience • Extensive construction documentation and delivery experience • Ability to coordinate consultants and manage project outcomes • ArchiCAD preferred, Revit also considered Experienced Graduate Architects: • Operating at a level similar to 3-4+ years' local experience • Experience across DA and construction documentation • Strong ArchiCAD skills highly regarded Benefits & Culture • Established practice in a prime Sydney location, close to transport • Solid work pipeline with exposure throughout stages • Strong professional development and career growth opportunities
