Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the development of interior designs for projects within the hospitality, wellness, and workplace sectors, focusing on test-fit and early schematic phases. • Prepare and refine design concepts, sketches, and presentations to communicate ideas effectively. • Support the production of detailed documentation and technical packages using Revit, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Collaborate with senior team members to review design development and resolve technical issues during documentation. • Maintain project organisation, manage schedules, and coordinate with external consultants to adhere to deadlines. • Contribute to and support team efforts to uphold the studio’s standards of innovative, sustainable, and high-quality interiors. • Assist in client presentations and workshops, articulating design intent and gathering feedback. • Engage actively with the team to foster a collaborative and creative working environment. Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of interior design experience, with a focus on hospitality, wellness, or workplace projects. • Proficiency in Revit for creating detailed design documentation and technical packages. • Proven ability to manage project stages from concept to completion while maintaining high standards. • A diverse portfolio demonstrating innovative interior solutions within the targeted sectors. • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating design ideas clearly to clients and team members. • Experience mentoring junior team members and leading project tasks with confidence. • Collaborative, proactive approach with a passion for design excellence and sector-specific innovation.
