Interior Designer / Documentation Specialist - Vectorworks

A boutique Brisbane interiors studio is seeking an Interior Designer (and documentation specialist) to join their small but mighty team on luxury high-end residential builds and exciting hospitality projects. Key Responsibilities • Produce detailed documentation packages in Vectorworks and SketchUp • Develop bespoke joinery and custom furniture details • Prepare FF&E schedules and technical packages • Coordinate consultants, suppliers and contractors • Support projects through construction and installation Skills & Experience • 5+ years' experience in interiors, architecture or documentation roles • Advanced Vectorworks proficiency (essential) • Strong joinery detailing and documentation capability • Sound understanding of construction methods and NCC requirements • SketchUp proficiency highly regarded • Meticulous, organised and solutions-focused approach Benefits & Culture • Flexible working arrangements considered • Long-term growth within a close-knit Brisbane studio
