Senior Associate

An established Brisbane studio with over 30 years of history is seeking a Senior Associate to join the leadership team as part of a long-term succession pathway. Known for their meaningful and award-winning work across aged care, education, social housing and community sectors, this is a studio with a strong people-focused approach and a collaborative ethos. The role suits an experienced Architect who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships and guiding projects strategically. Key Responsibilities • Lead projects and teams across community-focused sectors • Work closely with Directors on studio leadership and future growth • Provide guidance and markups to the design and documentation team • Contribute to and build client relationships • Mentor and support emerging Architects and other project leaders Skills & Experience • Registered Architect currently operating at Senior Associate level • Demonstrated experience across education, aged care, housing or community projects (ideal) • Working knowledge of ArchiCAD, or strong BIM workflow understanding • Proven leadership capability • Confident communication and client-facing skills • Interest in long-term studio leadership and succession Benefits & Culture • A well-established reputation in unique sectors • Meaningful, community-focused project work • Potential pathway towards Director-level leadership
