With 3 days in the studio and 2 days working from home , this is more than a Studio Coordinator role—it's an opportunity to grow your career as the business continues to expand internationally. Responsibilities • Ensure the London studio runs smoothly, maintaining a beautifully organised and welcoming environment. • Deliver an exceptional experience for clients, consultants and visitors by coordinating meetings, hospitality and client-facing spaces. • Support the leadership team with day-to-day administration, travel, diary management and operational coordination. • Coordinate presentations, proposals, marketing materials and client communications. • Maintain CRM records and support business development, enquiries and client relationships. • Manage studio supplies, samples, filing, documentation, incoming calls and liaise with external IT support. Requirements • Experience in a customer-facing role within premium retail, hospitality, luxury, fashion or a showroom environment. • Naturally organised, proactive and highly detail-oriented. • Friendly, confident and enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders. • Commercially minded with an interest in client relationships and business development. • Passionate about design, interiors, hospitality, fashion or luxury brands.
