Torre Insignia

Torre Insignia is a building designed by Mario Pani Darqui located on the corner of Avenida Ricardo Flores Magón and Avenida de los Insurgentes Norte, in the Tlatelolco housing complex in Cuauhtémoc in Mexico City.
