Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and coordination of architectural projects from schematic design through construction documentation and administration. • Manage and coordinate internal project teams, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality, technical accuracy, and project success. • Collaborate with project leadership to manage schedules, resources, budgets, and project delivery objectives. • Oversee code compliance, technical documentation, bidding activities, and construction-phase services, including submittal reviews and site visits. • Mentor junior team members, support professional development, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Skills & Experience • Professional degree in Architecture and current architectural licensure. • Minimum of 8 years’ experience delivering complex architectural projects, ideally within the education sector. • Strong expertise in construction documentation, specifications, building codes, and construction administration. • Advanced proficiency in Revit, with experience using Bluebeam and Microsoft Office considered advantageous. • Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead multidisciplinary teams.
