Senior Architect / Senior Project Architect Los Angeles, CA A nationally recognized design practice is seeking a Senior Architect to join its growing Los Angeles studio. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of large-scale commercial, workplace, mixed-use, and institutional projects while collaborating within a highly design-driven and multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent project leadership skills and a passion for design excellence. You will work closely with project teams from concept through construction, helping to drive quality, coordination, and successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Lead project teams through all phases of design and delivery. • Develop and oversee comprehensive construction documentation packages. • Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary project teams. • Ensure projects meet design intent, technical requirements, schedules, and budgets. • Mentor and support junior staff members. • Participate in client presentations and project meetings. • Contribute to technical standards, quality control, and best practices across the studio. Qualifications • Licensed Architect preferred. • 10+ years of professional experience in architecture. • Strong experience delivering complex commercial, workplace, mixed-use, higher education, civic, or institutional projects. • Advanced Revit proficiency required. • Excellent understanding of construction documentation, detailing, building systems, and consultant coordination. • Strong communication and team leadership abilities. • Experience managing multiple project stakeholders and competing deadlines.
