Archtitectural Graduate - Multi-Residential and Seniors Living Projects

This Melbourne-based architecture studio is known for delivering complex, large-scale residential and community projects that make a genuine social impact. They have a strong pipeline of senior and retirement living projects and are seeking an architectural graduate to join the team in an all-rounder role. This role suits a graduate with 1-3 years of post-graduate experience who has a strong design eye and technical knowledge. You will work closely within a team environment with the option of working towards your registration. Key Responsibilities • Involved across various projects and typologies from design through to documentation • Work collaboratively with internal teams with senior guidance • Provide day-to-day support to various project teams • Support design outcomes including modelling and visualisation while maintaining technical documentation standards Skills & Experience • Completion of Architectural Master's degree essential • 1-3 yrs post-grad experience working in a local architectural practice • Advanced Revit capability with strong documentation and coordination skills • An understanding of Australian building codes and construction methodologies • Ability to be proactive and agile across different tasks and project phases • Confident communicator, flexible and a problem solver Benefits & Culture • Supportive studio culture with direct access to senior leadership • Balance of technical delivery and ongoing design involvement • Long-term role within a stable and growing architectural practice • Ability to work towards Registration
