Associate - Healthcare

Working as part of an award-winning healthcare team, you will contribute to the delivery of complex and impactful projects, including acute hospitals, clinical research facilities, diagnostic centres and large-scale masterplans. Key Responsibilities • Lead or contribute to the design and delivery of complex healthcare projects across all RIBA stages. • Develop innovative and research-led design solutions that improve patient experience and clinical outcomes. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare and oversee high-quality design, technical and presentation information. • Support project planning, programme management and design coordination. • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment. • Contribute to business development activities and the continued growth of the healthcare portfolio. Skills & Experience • Qualified Architect with strong UK project experience. • Experience delivering complex projects within the healthcare sector is highly desirable. • Excellent design, technical and coordination skills across all project stages. • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. • Passion for innovative, user-centred design and creating environments that positively impact communities. • Ambitious, proactive and motivated to develop within a leading architectural practice.
