Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an Architect or Senior Architect to join their housing & residential team in London. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile and complex residential projects from concept through to delivery, alongside some of the industry's most respected architects and technical specialists. Key Responsibilities: • Leading the day-to-day management and coordination of multi-residential projects. • Driving projects forward from initial concept through to technical delivery. • Working closely with Project Directors and Associates to ensure design excellence. • Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to junior colleagues. • Liaising with the clients and local councils, navigating sector-specific requirements. Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in the residential sector is essential. • Strong Revit proficiency is a must, with the ability to lead on technical delivery. • A natural team player with a collaborative approach to design and problem-solving. • Confident in client-facing environments and skilled in stakeholder engagement. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Solid UK-based experience with a strong grasp of design and technical standards. • A keen interest in sustainability and emerging trends in residential design.
