Key Responsibilities • Produce accurate and comprehensive documentation packages for premium residential and high-end interior projects. • Collaborate closely with designers and project teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality documentation from concept through to construction. • Ensure documentation complies with the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards. • Maintain exceptional presentation standards across drawings, detailing and project documentation. • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects through effective communication and proactive problem-solving. Skills & Experience • Qualifications in interior design with 5+ years experience as an interior documenter • Advanced proficiency in Revit, with proven experience producing detailed documentation. • Demonstrated design and documentation capability, supported by a strong professional portfolio. • Thorough understanding of the NCC and Australian Standards. • Strong attention to detail, design quality and presentation, with excellent organisational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
