Role summary
This close-knit, boutique practice are innovative and experimental in their approach to Architecture and Interior Design. They have an excellent reputation, predominantly working on high-end residential and boutique multi-res projects across Melbourne. This talented team are on the look-out for a recently registered Architect or Project Architect, to join them with an understanding of all project phases and Revit ability. This all-rounder will have a strong design eye and revit documentation experience to grow and learn with the guidance of the directors. Key Responsibilities • Work on beautiful high-end residential and boutique multi-res projects • Work on projects collaboratively and autonomously with guidance from Directors across all stages in gaining solid exposure • Prepare and contribute to outstanding concept presentations • Prepare detailed Revit documentation • Liaise with clients and consultants using your exceptional communication skills • Ensure outstanding project outcomes through to delivery • Take on project responsibility, running your own projects! Skills & Experience • Masters degree in Architecture • 6+ years post-graduate experience (high-end residential project experience is a must) • Experience across all project phases • Revit proficiency - a must! • Documentation & technical experience • Knowledge of building construction • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Enscape a plus!) • Eye for detail and a high level of accuracy • An all-rounder who can take on a great amount of responsibility in leading projects, whilst having the ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team Benefits & Culture • Work on high-spec projects across Melbourne • Close-knit small team perfect for continual learning • Be invested in and valued • Be mentored by the directors to gain professional development • Step up and run your own projects • Collaborative office environment • Great inner-fringe studio • Be part of a growing and upcoming studio
