Architect/Project Lead for Private Residential projects - ArchiCAD

This boutique studio is looking for an energetic and passionate Architect/Project Leader with honed experience in Private Residential projects. They have a tight-knit architectural and interior design team, and an inhouse construction team - you will be heavily involved in all stages of project design and delivery and collaborate with the build team. The studio has a well-refined modern design aesthetic and are also involved in bespoke furniture and fitting design. Key Responsibilities • Working closely with Directors/senior leadership on multiple projects simultaneously • Coordinate with consultants and contractors and maintain relationships with clients • Progress design through DA/CDC stage and produce well detailed documentation packages to construction and site stage • Resolve beautiful design details and ensure high-quality project delivery • Develop material and product library • Manage project deliverables and meet deadlines Skills and Experience • Australian working rights and relevant architectural qualifications • Operating at a level similar to 6-10years of local experience • Excellent experience gained on all stages of private residential work • Excellent technical, detailing and documentation skills • Strong all-round ability and experience in seeing a project through from concept stages to tender and running on site • Good knowledge of the BCA • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Client-facing presence • ArchiCAD proficiency essential • Able to work closely with internal and external teams, provide support for junior staff Benefits and Culture • A thriving and vibrant team environment • Beautiful office in a convenient location • Heavy involvement across all stages • Autotomy offered in your role
