Position Responsibilities • Manage and delegate tasks to support staff • Project design in collaboration with Principal and landscape Architects, in concept development and design features • Formulating and assembling project deliverables • Oversee presentation packages, sketching schematic design, delegating, and managing drawings • Review construction document details- delegating and managing drawings • Review design documentation in the form of graphic illustration and imagery research on assigned projects • Communicates with design team and others regarding project needs • Site observations and reviews during construction phase(s) • Lead client meetings and presentations Qualifications • Certificate, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture. • Working technical knowledge in landscape architecture, architecture, or land use planning. • AutoCAD proficient - with clear understanding of technical drawings. • Project management skills - onsite and administrative. • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Strong communication skills.
