Project Lead (Architect) | Global Hospitality Design Firm

Key Responsibilities • Lead the architectural design process from concept development through construction documentation, ensuring project objectives, design quality, and client expectations are achieved. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, engineering, BIM, and external consultants, to develop integrated and buildable design solutions. • Serve as the primary client contact, leading project meetings, managing communications, identifying risks, and securing required approvals throughout the project lifecycle. • Oversee the quality, completeness, and timely delivery of all project documentation and design packages across each project phase. • Direct internal project teams by assigning work, reviewing deliverables, supporting project planning, and monitoring progress against project and business objectives. Skills and Experience • Licensed Architect or equivalent architectural professional with substantial experience leading complex architectural and design projects. • Proven experience managing projects through all phases, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation. • Strong understanding of building systems, construction methodologies, code compliance requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination. • Excellent client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams, driving design quality, solving complex project challenges, and delivering successful project outcomes.
