Design Technology Leader

Shape the digital future of a world-renowned, forward-thinking design studio as Director of Design Technology. In this role you will lead firm-wide digital strategy, AI adoption, advanced workflows, and ensure technology investments create lasting value. Key Responsibilities • Drive technology global strategy including BIM, computational design, and digital workflows • Embed AI into standard practice, defining governance and policies for design and operations to improve outputs across all functions • Communicate with senior leadership and across the practice to - support adoption, growth, consistency & quality, and aid upskilling of team members • Develop and manage the annual DT budget, defining KPIs to measure impact on design quality and efficiency. About You • An established design technology leader or architect-technologist with proven experience scaling technology across large teams and working in the built environment (probably architecture) • Excellent understanding of Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, AI workflows and passion for new technologies • Exceptional communicator comfortable navigating between Board/Partner level and project teams • A strategic thinker with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
