Key Responsibilities • Lead and develop the studio's BIM strategy, ensuring best practice is embedded across all projects. • Oversee BIM delivery from project inception through completion, maintaining consistency, quality, and compliance with ISO 19650 standards. • Act as the technical authority for Revit, BIM workflows, and digital delivery, providing guidance and support to project teams. • Develop, maintain, and improve BIM standards, templates, libraries, and quality assurance processes. • Mentor and upskill architects and technologists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and digital innovation. • Collaborate with directors, consultants, and external stakeholders to drive efficient project coordination and successful delivery. • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and digital workflows that improve productivity and design outcomes. • Troubleshoot complex BIM challenges and lead the adoption of new digital initiatives across the practice. Skills & Experience • Proven experience as a BIM Manager, Senior BIM Coordinator, or similar leadership role within architecture. • Extensive knowledge of BIM methodologies, digital delivery, and ISO 19650 standards. • Advanced Revit expertise with a strong understanding of project delivery across RIBA Stages 3-6. • Experience developing BIM standards, templates, and practice-wide workflows. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and develop others. • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants. • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. • Excellent written and spoken English.
