This role is supporting the Studio Director leading a small-mid team in a Project Lead capacity across multiple jobs ranging from luxury boutique residential to large scale landmark tower projects. Key responsibilities • Leading the delivery of several projects • Help run project teams • Contribute to the overall design collaboratively to realise the design objectives, ensuring quality and technically robust designs to deliver an integrated and coordinated output • Liaise and coordinate with external consultants • Rectify any issues within the works packages that may impact quality cost or program Skills and experience • Passion to deliver quality work to a high standard • Strong project delivery track record • Circa 10-20 years’ experience as an Architect • Strong attention to detail • Some proficiency in Revit • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively within a team • Multi-residential/Hotel experience Benefits and culture • Blue sky opportunity to step into leadership • Exciting landmark design projects • New office space in the CBD
