Intermediate Designer - Global Hospitality Firm

One of New York's hottest design firms is looking for exceptionally Digital talent and Modelling skills with 4-8 years of experience to lead on National and Global Projects. Key responsibilities • Lead on all phases of project development from schematic design through construction for dynamic hospitality, mixed-use, residential and cultural projects. • Coordinate on the production of concept and design development using Revit and Rhino. • Liaise with project director and partner in developing design. • Coordinate with consultants from concept to completion. Skills and Experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or similar field • 3-7 years' professional experience. • Exceptional design skills!!! • Exceptional digital skills in Revit, BIM, Modelling, Rendering and Scripting. • Extensive project experience using Revit is a must. • Knowledge of Grasshopper, Python and Twinmotion is a plus.
