Experienced Graduate of Architecture for a thriving National practice - mixed projects

Work across Multi-Residential, Housing, Hospitality and Masterplanning projects. You will have a strong design aesthetic and experience working from concept to delivery. The successful candidate will possess a strong design aesthetic, have some experience in multi-unit Residential projects and enjoy working in a team. The office is centrally located in Sydney's CBD and is easily accessible via public transport. Key responsibilities • Collaborate with design and documentation team • Comfortable to work creatively under pressure and to deadlines • Coordinate with external consultants and contractors • Production of working drawings, detailing and delivery, and implementation of drawing packages • Work across all stages of a project Skills and experience • Australian working rights • Qualification in Architecture, 3+ years of local professional experience • Working knowledge of the BCA, Australian Standards and local authority regulations • Previous experience in the Residential and/or Hospitality sector highly regarded • Proficient in Revit, ArchiCAD, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite • Excellent communication and presentation skills Benefits and culture • Creative multi-sector team who are passionate about design • Convenient inner-city location • International practice that shares resources
