Graduate of Architecture for Residential Projects - Eastern suburbs

A small boutique residential studio is seeking a talented Graduate to work on high end private residential projects. You will have proven experience in residential architecture, a high level of Revit proficiency as well strong design, delivery and client facing skills. Must have local experience. Key Responsibilities • Provide outstanding client service on high-budget houses and other boutique projects • Work on projects from start to completion (including technical aspects) • Ensure timely and high-quality documentation and detailing • Work closely with others and mentor junior team members • Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes • Work closely with clients and team members • Potentially work across 3-4 projects at any one time Skills and Experience • Relevant tertiary qualifications • Good design eye - able to work through design development • Past local experience on high-budget private residential projects as demonstrated within a portfolio • Outstanding record for completing all stages pf a project from design, approvals through to construction detailing • Strong Revit knowledge • Contract Administration skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Excellent communication skills • Full working rights Benefits and Culture • A collaborative work culture • 9-day fortnight working arrangement • Great projects working end to end • Flexible working hours
