Key responsibilities • Lead the design development and technical execution of seniors living and aged care schemes. • Manage multiple project stages from initial concept through planning approvals, ensuring timely, accurate documentation. • Drive the Revit modelling and technical documentation to produce clear, well-coordinated drawings. • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to bring project visions to life while maintaining project deadlines. • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a positive, team-focused environment. • Contribute to innovative design ideas, with a focus on community, accessibility, and sustainability. Skills and experience • Proven architectural experience including residential, seniors living, or aged care projects. • Strong Revit skills and experience leading detailed design and documentation. • Proven ability to manage projects from early concepts to detailed design and delivery. • Good knowledge of Australian building standards, planning regulations, and sector-specific requirements. • Clear communicator comfortable working collaboratively across teams and with clients. • Passionate about creating spaces that enhance community and wellbeing.
