Experience and Qualifications • Professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited institution. • Architectural licensure required. • 10+ years of professional experience within an architecture or design firm. • Experience leading projects through all phases of design and construction. • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership. • Advanced proficiency in Revit required. • Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization tools preferred. • Strong design sensibility and ability to communicate ideas through graphics, presentations, and documentation. • Excellent verbal, written, and client-facing communication skills. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities. • LEED accreditation and/or active NCARB record preferred.
