Job
Fancy being a genuinely key hire rather than another cog in a big-practice machine? We're recruiting for a Senior Architect to join a growing, high-end residential practice near Warrington — working from a brand-new, beautifully renovated studio. This is a rare chance to take real ownership of project delivery, work closely with the practice owner, and grow into a senior role as the team expands over the next few years.

Role summary
Our client is a growing architectural practice based in the Warrington area, specialising in high-end private residential projects with an expanding portfolio of commercial work. Operating from a newly renovated studio, the business is entering an exciting growth phase, with plans to scale the team significantly over the next three years. They are looking for a Senior Architect to become a key hire within the business — someone who can take ownership of project delivery, allowing the practice owner to focus on business development and client relationships. This is a genuine opportunity to shape a growing studio and take on increasing responsibility as the team expands, rather than simply fitting into an existing, rigid structure. Key Responsibilities • Take ownership of project delivery from design through to completion, working primarily in Revit • Manage day-to-day workload and quality of output on residential and commercial projects • Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong working relationships • Support and coordinate with other team members, reviewing and checking work as needed • Contribute to maintaining project and technical standards across the practice • As the team grows, take on a more active role overseeing and mentoring other team members and their output • Work closely with the practice owner to help identify priorities and support smart, sustainable scaling of the business Skills and Experience • Proven experience as an architect, ideally with exposure to high-end residential projects (commercial experience also valued) • Strong working knowledge of Revit • Comfortable working in a smaller studio environment, with the flexibility and initiative that requires • A collaborative, adaptable attitude • Strong client-facing skills and professionalism • Digitally minded and organised approach to work • Ability to work independently while contributing to a small, close-knit team culture
