Architect / Exp. Graduate for Mixed-use Projects

A well-regarded architectural practice, recognised for delivering high-quality projects that make a genuine impact on communities, is seeking an Architectural Graduate to join their team. With a broad portfolio that includes complex mixed-use developments, the studio offers excellent mentorship and hands-on exposure to meaningful projects. This opportunity provides involvement across a range of sectors, with an initial focus on design development through to project completion. Key Responsibilities • Assist in project documentation from design development through construction documentation and completion • Work closely with project architects and consultants to coordinate design outcomes across complex mixed-use developments • Contribute to the production of accurate drawings, models and presentation material using industry-standard software • Participate in design discussions and team coordination meetings to support project progression • Help maintain project quality, timelines and documentation standards across multiple stages of delivery Skills & Experience • Architectural Graduate with around 4 to 6 years of post-graduate professional experience locally • Proficiency in Revit • Experience working on complex architectural projects, ideally mixed-use or large-scale developments • Strong technical capability and familiarity with documentation processes • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment Benefits & Culture • Work on meaningful projects and add new projects to your folio • Collaborative studio with strong mentorship culture • Exposure to multiple project phases with hands-on involvement • Join a respected studio delivering thoughtful, impactful design
