Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of high-end private residential, commercial, hospitality, and retrofit projects • Oversee design, technical documentation, and construction phases (RIBA Stages 1–6) • Manage client relationships, consultant coordination, and site responsibilities • Develop detailed Revit models and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants • Work independently and collaboratively to deliver projects to a high standard Skills and Experience • ~5 years' post-Part III experience (ARB registered) • Strong proficiency with Revit (essential) • Proven track record delivering private residential or heritage/retrofit projects • All-rounder skillset: design, detailing, team leadership, and client-facing experience • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complexity on listed or bespoke projects • Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative studio environment Get in touch now – this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, design-focused environment!
