Experienced Graduate/Architect for Class 2 Housing and Sporting Projects - immediate start contract

Seeking a talented and motivated Graduate of Architecture or Architect with strong Revit skills to support a dynamic team working on a variety of projects including Housing and Public sector. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder, open to direction and collaboration. You should be confident in handling various aspects of the design and documentation process, with the ability to work autonomously. This is an immediate start contract position for at least 3 months. Key Responsibilities: • Contribute to various projects stages • Develop detailed documentation using Revit • Engage and coordinate with internal project teams and external stakeholders including Clients, Project Managers, Contractors and Consultants • Contribute to project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail Skills and experience: • Relevant Qualification in Architecture • Operating at a level equal to 5+ years professional experience • Proficiency in Revit • Strong design and graphic presentation skills • Strong understanding of architectural design and documentation • Local experience working on relevant projects, including sports/public and/or Class 2 multi-residential • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team • A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes Benefits and culture: • Convenient inner-city location • Award winning projects • Strong prospects for work variety, responsibility, and professional development
