Key Responsibilities: • Lead the conceptual and technical development of interior design projects, translating client needs into innovative, practical spaces. • Collaborate closely with senior designers and clients to refine design concepts, ensuring creative vision aligns with project goals and budgets. • Oversee space planning, layout optimisation, FF&E specifications, and material selections to deliver cohesive, functional interiors. • Manage multiple project phases, from initial concept through construction documentation, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors, maintaining effective communication to seamlessly integrate all design elements. • Support client relationships through presentation, design reviews, and responsive project management, fostering long-term partnerships. Skills & Experience: • A degree in interior design or architecture, with experience in interior projects, especially within the Sports and Entertainment sectors. • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite. • Demonstrable experience leading design development and technical documentation for complex projects. • Strong visualisation skills, with the ability to produce compelling imagery and presentations. • Knowledge of sustainability principles, FF&E planning, and building regulation compliance. • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to problem solving and collaboration. • Experience with buildingSMART, BIM workflows, and client-facing project delivery preferred.
