Midweight Interior Designer

We are seeking a Midweight Interior Designer / Interior Architect to join a central London studio. The role focuses on supporting the design and delivery of workplace and commercial interior projects across RIBA Stages 1–5, contributing to both creative design development and technical delivery within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop interior design concepts, spatial strategies, and presentation materials • Produce drawings, visuals, and technical documentation using Revit and AutoCAD • Support project delivery across RIBA Stages 1–5 • Assist with FF&E schedules, materials, and specifications • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and suppliers • Contribute to client presentations, meetings, and design reviews • Work collaboratively across the Interiors and wider design teams Skills and Experience • 3–6 years’ experience in interior design or interior architecture • Experience in workplace or commercial projects • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite • Strong design, drawing, and technical documentation skills • Knowledge of UK building regulations • Experience with BIM workflows and FF&E coordination • Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field Benefits and Culture • Opportunity to work on high-quality, design-led projects in a collaborative, multidisciplinary studio. • Competitive salary • 22 days annual leave plus Christmas closure • Private medical insurance or gym membership • Cycle-to-work scheme and flexible benefits They are a people-first, design-led practice committed to collaboration, quality, and inclusivity, with a culture that values clear thinking, teamwork, and long-term impact.
