Senior Architect / Studio Lead Los Angeles, CA An established, design-led architecture practice is seeking a Senior Architect to help grow and shape its presence in Los Angeles. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected studio at an early stage of its West Coast expansion. Rather than stepping into an established office structure, you'll play a key role in building the studio's future while working on thoughtfully designed residential projects with a collaborative and experienced team. The role offers a high degree of flexibility, with a hybrid working model combining remote work, project site visits, and regular time spent with colleagues in both Los Angeles and the firm's established studio. The Opportunity Working directly with the firm's leadership team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of projects while helping establish systems, culture, and processes as the Los Angeles operation grows. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of their work, and is excited by the prospect of helping build a studio over the long term. As the office develops, there will be opportunities to take on increasing leadership responsibilities, including mentoring staff, managing projects, and contributing to strategic growth.
