Skills & Experience • Professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • Professional registration as an Interior Designer or Architect required. • 15+ years of experience within the design industry, including significant workplace interiors experience. • Proven track record of leading successful workplace projects and managing high-performing design teams. • Strong business development experience, including client presentations, pursuits, and relationship management. • Demonstrated ability to establish design vision and consistently deliver innovative, high-quality design solutions. • Experience pursuing or receiving design awards and contributing to published design work preferred. • Deep understanding of global workplace design trends, programming, strategic planning, and systems integration. • Exceptional leadership, mentorship, collaboration, and communication skills. • Active involvement in industry organizations and professional associations. • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling platforms preferred. • Strong knowledge of materials, construction practices, specifications, and project delivery processes.
