Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement the practice's AI and digital technology strategy to improve design, documentation and project delivery. • Research, evaluate and introduce emerging AI technologies, automation tools and computational design solutions across the studio. • Create and optimise digital workflows, custom scripts and integrations that enhance BIM processes and overall project efficiency. • Partner with leadership, design teams and IT to successfully deliver digital transformation initiatives and technology adoption. • Lead training, mentoring and best practice initiatives that build digital capability throughout the practice. Skills & Experience • Proven experience implementing AI, automation or digital technology solutions within architecture, engineering or construction. • Strong understanding of architectural workflows, BIM methodologies and digital project delivery. • Advanced proficiency with platforms such as Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo and scripting languages including Python. • Experience integrating AI platforms and emerging technologies into design and documentation workflows. • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills with the ability to drive meaningful organisational change.
