ArchiCAD Architect/ Associate - Residential & Education Projects

This boutique, design-led studio specialises in high-end private residential projects across Victoria, in addition to work in the education and boutique multi-res sectors. The small, passionate team provides contemporary design and a commitment to innovative and progressive design solutions. Bring your all-rounder capabilities and design flair, and take a lead on projects from inception onwards. Key Responsibilities • Concurrently work across a number of High-End Residential & Education projects. • Take projects through all phases, with the ability to take a brief, and drive the initial design processes onwards. • Provide Design leadership in the team, whilst taking projects. through to documentation onwards. • Sound construction knowledge and contract admin skills required. • Support director and mentor team mates with your wealth of design & technical knowledge Skills & Experience • Masters Degree in Architecture • Current ARBV Registration (preferred but not essential) • Min. 6+ years post-graduate experience in detailed high-end projects • High proficiency in using ArchiCAD including documentation or skills in Revit with the willingness to transfer over • All-rounder capabilities with proven experience in all phases of a project including design and construction documentation • Strong design eye and attention to detail Benefits & Culture • Collaborative studio environment • Long-term proposition with career growth opportunity • Close-knit, friendly team • Make a difference to the success of the practice
