Skills & Experience • 10+ years' experience in BIM management, digital technology, or architectural documentation within an architectural practice. • Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit, BIM implementation, and digital project delivery. • Proven leadership experience managing teams, developing standards, and delivering training across multidisciplinary environments. • Strong understanding of architectural workflows, project coordination, and quality management. • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
