Account Manager | Design & Tiling Industry

Our client, a leading premium ceramics and tiling company, is looking for an Account Manager to join their Brisbane team. You will manage an established portfolio of clients, build long-term relationships, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth. While experience within the ceramics, tiling, or architectural products industry is beneficial, it's not essential as comprehensive product and industry training will be provided. We're open to candidates from a variety of sales backgrounds, including recruitment, business development, customer service, or other client-facing roles. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities. • Manage customer enquiries, prepare account reviews and presentations, and provide exceptional customer service. • Maintain accurate customer records, sales opportunities, and activity using Salesforce. Skills & Experience • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, business development, customer service, or another customer-facing role. • A consultative approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce is advantageous) and Microsoft Office. No prior experience in ceramics or tiling is required, as full training will be provided.
