This opportunity is ideal for a licensed architect with 10+ years of experience who thrives in a collaborative, design-driven environment and enjoys balancing technical expertise, project leadership, and client engagement. You'll oversee projects from early design through construction administration while mentoring team members and helping deliver exceptional, high-profile venues. Key Responsibilities • Lead architectural projects through all phases, from concept and schematic design through construction administration. • Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and project deliverables. • Prepare and oversee design development and construction document packages. • Develop innovative design solutions while ensuring technical excellence and project quality. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. • Manage small to mid-sized project teams while mentoring junior staff. • Produce high-quality drawings, renderings, models, and presentations using industry-standard design software. • Participate in professional development, networking, and industry engagement opportunities. Skills & Experience • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program. • 10+ years of professional architectural experience. • Experience designing sports facilities is highly preferred. • Experience with education projects is desirable. • Licensed Architect required. • Strong understanding of project management, building systems, construction documentation, architectural detailing, and project delivery. • Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign) is preferred. • Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills. • Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management abilities. • LEED Green Associate, LEED AP, or an active NCARB Record is a plus.
