Project Architect / Project Manager – Performing Arts & Cultural Projects | Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities • Lead architectural projects through all phases, from concept and schematic design to construction administration. • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects. • Develop and oversee design development and construction document packages. • Create innovative design solutions while ensuring technical accuracy and project quality. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. • Manage small to mid-sized project teams and contribute to larger, complex project efforts. • Mentor junior staff and support their professional development. • Produce presentations, renderings, and technical documentation using industry-standard design software. • Participate in business development, networking, and professional industry events. Skills & Experience • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program. • 8+ years of professional architectural experience. • Licensed Architect required. • Experience designing performing arts centers, theaters, or other cultural facilities is strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of project management, building systems, construction documentation, detailing, and project delivery. • Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. • Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills. • Experience leading projects through all phases of design and construction. • LEED Green Associate, LEED AP, or an active NCARB Record is a plus.
